From 2D to 3D
Augmented Reality is pre-eminently the way to show 2D designs virtually in 3D. With the Tauw AR app you scan an image or design of Tauw, which then becomes visible on your screen in 3D.
The app also contains a lot of markerless AR content. So you can scan a surface and position a 3D model 1 on 1 in the room. Tauw uses the app to make 3D and BIM data transparent. Users and stakeholders can see exactly what the project will ultimately look like.
Infratech 2017
The Tauw AR-VR app was first launched during the Infratech 2017 and is still used to visualize 3D projects. In the meantime the app has been given a lot of new Virtual & Augmented Reality content and new functionalities.
Total Reality App Platform
Tauw uses our Total Reality App platform. A platform in which you can easily show 360 degree video, Virtual and Augmented Reality in your own app.
