Collaboration with our customer
Working method
Concept
During the concept phase we make an analysis of the wishes and requirements. In this phase, various sprints are formulated, which are completely worked out into a working product for each sprint.
Each sprint is implemented in the same process, with a corresponding test and review phase being planned for each phase in the development cycle.
The concept phase, as a first phase, forms an important framework for all the sprints.
Design
The functionalities are specified and developed both structurally and technically. The functional design and the technical specifications are drafted together with the wireframes and the visual design, in order to provide clarity to all stakeholders about the product that is going to be developed.
Develop
In this phase the software is actually programmed. The instructions from the previous two phases are closely followed.
The source code of the application is written. Connections are made with the data from the databases and the 3D visualizations are actually created.
Testing
Our programmers and potential users get to work with the systems and look for ‘bugs’. These can be errors in the systems, causing certain functionalities to malfunction. These are minor corrections of errors, not the complete reprogramming of the software.
Review
In order to ensure that the system continues to work, periodic maintenance will also have to be carried out by means of software updates.
In the review phase, the next sprint, which was drawn up in the concept phase, will also be reviewed and, if necessary, rewritten.
