We enter into a processing agreement with companies who retain your data on our behalf in order to guarantee the same level of security and to safeguard the confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for these statements.

SUPPLIERS
We make use of the following suppliers who process personal data on behalf of Total Reality BV, with whom each processing agreement has been concluded: Shockmedia, Twinsense BV, Trans IP, Podio and Exact.

Google Analytics
We have concluded an editorial agreement with Google. The data we collect in Google Analytics is not anonymised but is encrypted. The so-called ‘sharing of data’ with Google is turned off.

HOW TOTAL REALITY SECURES PERSONAL DATA
We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. If you feel that your information is not properly protected or there are indications of misuse, please contact us at info@totalreality.nl. We have taken the following measures to secure your personal data:

  • Servers and devices of our employees are equipped with up-to-date security software, such as a virus scanner and firewall.
  • We only send your data via secure internet connections (TLS, formerly SSL) . You can see this in the address bar ‘https’ and the padlock.
  • All Total Reality employees who have access to personal data are trained to handle your data with care.
  • DKIM and SPF are internet standards that we use to prevent you from receiving e-mails on our behalf that contain viruses, are spam or are intended to obtain personal (login) data.

THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
This statement does not apply to third party websites that are linked from our websites. We cannot guarantee that these websites will handle your personal data reliably or securely. Always read the privacy statement of this website before using the website in question, for more information on how they handle your data.

MINOR YEARS
Our website and/or service has no intention of collecting information about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We encourage parents to be involved in their children’s online activities in order to prevent the collection of information about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without that consent, please contact us at info@totalreality.nl and we will delete that information.

MODIFY THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT
It is not inconceivable that our privacy policy will be expanded or changed in the near future. We therefore advise you to check this page regularly to see if any changes have been made. If these changes are of a very substantial nature, we will ensure that they are communicated in a clear and eye-catching way. Changes will be published on our website. INSPECTION AND MODIFICATION OF YOUR DATA
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to revoke any consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Total Reality and you have the right to data transfer. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.

You can request access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request the withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data. You can contact us via info@totalreality.nl.

To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Burgerservicenummer (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at the latest within four weeks.

AUTHORITY PERSONAL DATA
Of course we will be happy to help you if you have any complaints about the processing of your personal data. Should you still not be able to come to an agreement with us, we would like to point out that you have the possibility to submit a complaint to the Dutch supervisor, the Personal Data Authority.
