Börger Experience
Börger Benelux has an experience centre in Ootmarsum where they receive new customers. During the conversation it became clear that they wanted to attract potential customers to the experience centre. Börger approached Total Reality to present their products in a new and innovative way.
A product presentation with the Microsoft Hololens 2
Börger wants to visualise the pump technology in a spectacular way. Mixed Reality is an excellent tool for this. The idea was born to visualise the working of the pump on the Microsoft Hololens 2. The user can bring a physical pump to life with the Hololens. Total Reality worked on a solution to create a unique product presentation.
A unique user experience for (potential) customers
A visitor to the experience centre puts on the Microsoft Hololens. A 3D model of the product is projected onto that position. With the help of the Hololens, visitors can view the product, the Blueline Nova pump from Börger, and interact with the model. Interactive buttons appear on the model. By clicking on these buttons, a certain part of the pump is highlighted. Images, text or animations can be added to a component to clarify its function.
In addition, the user also has the opportunity to disassemble and reassemble the machine using the solution. This is a unique way to let potential customers see the inside of the pump. This creates a unique user experience.
Product experience at Champions League level
