For Boessenkool we have developed an AR-app to present their product all over the world. With this app it is possible to walk through the machine 1 on 1 together with the customer.
Despray Environmental
For Boessenkool, the company behind Despray Environmental, Total Reality has developed an Augmented Reality App with which they can easily present their product 1 on 1 everywhere. Despray Environmental, part of the innovative Osse Equipment Manufacturing Group, collects and recycles all liquids and gases from aerosol containers in a sustainable way.
From Solidworks to Augmented Reality
Boessenkool uses Solidworks in the development and design of machines. We have converted the Solidworks model to an interactive AR model without taking over sensitive information or secret parts. Because the 3D model forms the basis, the model can also easily be viewed in Virtual Reality and with a 3D viewer.
With the customer through the machine
The model can be shown in different sizes and machine parts can be clicked and highlighted interactively. Animations show the operation of the machine, the flow of gases and liquids is visualized. Our AR-app gives Boessenkool the opportunity to literally step through the machine together with the customer at international trade fairs and show the operation of the machine directly.
Extremely suitable for Prototype phase
Visualizing 3D models with XR technology is ideal for the prototype phase of a machine or product. From a very early stage, various options can be viewed, adjustments can be made and high product development costs can be saved.
