Last year we worked hard on our new Industrial Life Cycle (ILC) platform. Within the ILC platform, the 3D model is central. This can be the 3D model of a complete machine or the engine of a car. With our platform we give companies the opportunity to convert a model, regardless of file format, into 3D models fully automatically.
The purpose of the platform is to add instructions that can be retrieved through virtual or augmented reality. With the online editor it is possible to add the information to a 3D model. These models can be visualized with Extended Reality on any device. Think of virtual reality glasses, a smartphone or tablet. Kaak began testing our ILC platform in January 2021. With results! Not only are their assembly processes more efficient, but staff are also embracing the new way of working.
